Congratulations to our Behavioral-Based Safety Observations Program winners!
Our program utilizes observation forms to collect valuable safety data from various jobsites. These forms are processed through a scantron system, enabling our Safety team to analyze trends and proactively address potential hazards before incidents occur. Employees complete at least one form per week, reinforcing our commitment to maintaining the safest worksites possible.
