Busy, it is enjoyable and a challenge, it’s been for the most part good meeting and working with a lot of good people.

Tell us what a normal day at G.A. West look like for you.

Early start, usually getting up at 4:15am, planning daily work assignments and doing paperwork. Insuring crew has tools and materials to work with and that they work safely.

Before working at G.A. West, what was the most unusual/interesting job you’ve had?

I have always worked in construction except for one time, I went into law enforcement

What is the one accomplishment or project at G.A. West that you are most proud of?

11 ½ years in one plant on maintenance

What do you enjoy most about working at G.A. West?

Steady work mostly at home and meeting good people

Surround yourself with good people, check twice and verify, keep records if possible

My dad told me to always surround yourself with good people
